True Bearing Services LLC is an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded by Roger Purvenas, a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer who served more than 24 years supporting naval aviation and mission-critical operations.

Throughout his military career, Roger led maintenance, logistics, quality assurance, and operational support programs for multiple Navy aviation commands. His experience includes oversight of more than 40 aviation maintenance programs, quality-assurance program management, data analysis and trend tracking, deficiency prevention, corrective-action monitoring, logistics coordination, equipment accountability, workforce leadership, and mission-readiness support in both domestic and deployed environments.

Roger also brings extensive hands-on experience supporting aviation safety and survival equipment, including maintenance, inspections, repair, modification, documentation, accountability, and readiness tracking in accordance with approved technical data and established procedures.

Today, True Bearing Services applies that same military discipline and operational excellence to support government, prime-contractor, and commercial clients. The company focuses on operational and program support, aviation maintenance program support, aviation safety and survival equipment support, logistics and property accountability, quality assurance and compliance support, procurement documentation, technical documentation, and mission-focused coordination within customer-established systems and processes.
